Our 6-step Financial Strategy
STEP 1: Establishing and defining the client-advisor relationship
Let's talk. Our first encounter is all about getting to know one another. We want to get to know you, understand your financial goals, objectives, concerns, plans and answer any questions you may have about our services, experience and business. It is important to understand the expectations of a new client-advisor relationship to determine if our services meet your needs.
STEP 2: Gathering client data and determining goals and expectations
Upon becoming a new client we will begin the process of gathering detailed information to determine the types of accounts and services best suited to assist you reach your personal financial goals and address your specific needs. Each client relationship is highly valued and time is taken to thoroughly understand your situation and expectations.
STEP 3: Analyzing and evaluating the client's financial status
We analyze all obtained information to understand your current financial circumstances and then together, we discuss proposed options and solutions to help you to achieve your personal financial goals and objectives. The process can take several meetings, as we review topics such as financial planning, life insurance and risk planning, tax planning, estate and succession planning, investment planning, retirement planning, education planning for children and of course business planning for business owners.
STEP 4: Developing and presenting the financial strategy recommendations and/or alternatives
Once you have taken adequate time to consider our proposal and suggestions, we will implement strategies which you feel are best suited to your needs. This is an ongoing process wherein we listen to your concerns and considerations, and revise our recommendations as appropriate and/or as your personal circumstances, financial goals and objectives change throughout different life stages and events.
STEP 5: Implementing the financial strategy recommendations
Often times, part of the process is working alongside of your accountant, lawyer or trusted professional advisors to implement a strategy or plan that is tailored for you, your family or business. Our goal is to help you to make decisions to achieve your financial goals one step at a time. It often takes teamwork to make the dream work and we are here to help to the very best of our abilities.

STEP 6: Monitoring the financial strategy recommendations
Together, we will agree upon how often we will meet to review and monitor the progress of your accounts, financial goals, financial strategy and recommendations. Of course, you may call at any time with questions, updated information, concerns or to set up a meeting to review your portfolio. Communication is key to any good relationship and that certainly applies to ours as well.
